COVID-19 testing will not be provided at the clinic. If you are seeking assessment and/or testing for COVID-19 please go to the COVID-19 Assessment Centre. The COVID testing site is open Monday to Friday 11am-7pm and 11pm-3pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Things to know when attending the Assessment Centre:
- Follow the signs and access
the Assessment Centre through the dedicated entrance at the side of the
building. Please follow the directions for exiting the building. - Please follow all precautions including wearing a mask, social distancing and
frequent hand hygiene - The time of your appointment is the time that you should arrive at the
Assessment Centre. Your test should be completed within approximately 30
minutes of your scheduled arrival time
If you are attending the After Hours Clinic, please present to the clinic wearing a mask or face covering and please do not arrive to the clinic before clinic hours, you will be required to line up outside the building, maintaining physical distance and will not be permitted to wait inside the clinic for it to open.

- Mondays to Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
- Saturdays from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
- Closed on Fridays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays

If your physician is not listed in either location, or you currently do not have a physician, please visit your local emergency department. We encourage you to register with Health Care Connect to help you find a physician.
Please provide a valid health card or charges will apply.
Clinics are meant for non-emergency problems outside of regular office hours. You may be asked to use the clinic if your Family Physician is on holidays or unavailable.
Please call your own Family Physician's office for other specific instructions.
NOTE: Appointments are not necessary. You must bring your valid Health Card and a list of all medications you take.
In the case of an after hours emergency, please call 911, or visit the Emergency Department of Soldier's Memorial Hospital at 170 Colborne Street, Orillia. Call 705-325-2201.
